For the correct operation of any technical equipment, it is essential not only to choose the specific type correctly, but also to install and set it up correctly. Our specialists will be happy to help you choose the right solution as well as to install, set up and restore it.

When it comes to measurement and regulation, correct calibration of the equipment is an obvious requirement for its proper operation - all supplied instruments are factory-verified, but if the customer so requests, we will provide calibration of newly supplied instruments as well as periodic calibration, and even calibration in case of repairs to the equipment or suspicion of incorrect operation.  We can provide calibration of instruments and entire chains for most instruments in accredited laboratories in the Czech Republic or on the manufacturer’s premises.

If equipment malfunctions, whether it is equipment supplied by us or is part of a switchboard, machine or unit supplied by its manufacturer, in most cases we can arrange for its repair, either by ourselves or, in the case of more serious malfunctions, by sending it to an authorised service centre. In some cases, such as the possibility of a module replacement or a “malfunction” caused by an unprofessional intervention in the configuration, we can deal with repairs directly on the customer’s site.
